The client’s business model involved multiple occupants in a fully serviced office space, resulting in the client being responsible for all electricity bills. Unfortunately, recent electricity price increases significantly impacted their overheads. To address this challenge, the client opted for a PV solution, which not only reduced their energy bills by over 25% but also provided protection against future energy cost rises. Additionally, the installation allowed the building’s occupants to benefit from the company’s commitment to sustainable practices.

Thanks to favourable contractual rates, the client can expect a payback period of just 3.5 years. Beyond that, they will enjoy substantial cost savings with significantly reduced energy bills.
