Who is not eligible to apply for Green Business Grants?

Large businesses, sole traders, partnerships, and those using cash-based accounting methods.
Community groups, sports clubs, village halls, and similar entities, except when applying as a registered charity or through a trading arm.
GPs, dentists, opticians, care homes, schools, colleges, and similar institutions.
Private domestic landlords or businesses operating from buildings that are legally required to have a domestic Energy Performance Certificate.
